Final admission to all pools is 11:30 PM. Guests are asked to exit all pools by 11:45 PM.
The outdoor natural hot springs lake is 18+ only. Children 17 and under may use the outdoor deck hot tub with adult supervision.
No. There are no lifeguards on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and may not be left unattended anywhere in the Pool House or surrounding areas.
Yes. The hot springs lake is handicap accessible with assistance. A wheelchair is available to help guests enter the lake.
Yes. Swimsuits are available for purchase at the Pool House.
For lost items, email lostandfound@chenahotsprings.com. Low-value items such as clothing and swimsuits are not held longer than one day. Chena Hot Springs Resort is not responsible for lost, left behind, or stolen personal items.
Lockers, dressing rooms, hair dryers, and lavatories are all located inside the Pool House.
Yes. A baby changing table is available in the women's locker room and family restroom.
No. Day visitors are welcome. No overnight stay or reservation is required to enjoy the hot springs, pools, activities, or restaurant.
The average depth is approximately four feet (1.2 meters), but it can vary daily depending on spring activity.
No. The outdoor natural hot springs lake is not chlorinated. Fresh geothermal water flows continuously in and out, providing natural circulation and filtration. The lake is drained, cleaned, and refilled weekly.
The indoor family pool uses salt water, and all hot tubs are chlorinated.
The outdoor hot springs lake is approximately 106°F (41°C) year-round. The indoor heated pool is approximately 82–86°F (28°C).
