I, the undersigned (or parent/guardian if signing on behalf of a minor), acknowledge that my visit to Chena Hot Springs Resort, LLC (hereafter "Chena") involves inherent risks including but not limited to: slipping, falling, exposure to extreme weather conditions, hypothermia, exhaustion, contagious diseases, wildlife encounters, and other risks inherent to an Alaskan wilderness resort environment.

I hereby voluntarily release, waive, and forever discharge Chena Hot Springs, LLC, its owners, lessees, officers, directors, employees, agents, and concessionaires (collectively "Chena") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury — including death, bodily injury, or property damage — sustained by me or my minor child(ren) during my visit to or stay at the resort.

I specifically agree to release and hold Chena harmless for any death, personal injury, or property damage arising wholly or partially due to the NEGLIGENCE of Chena, its agents, employees, or concessionaires, even if that NEGLIGENCE is UNRELATED to any inherent risk of resort activities.

I acknowledge that this agreement is valid for the entire duration of my visit and for any future visits to Chena. THIS AGREEMENT MAY NOT BE MODIFIED ORALLY.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I have read this General Waiver and Indemnity Agreement in full, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by all of its terms. I understand I am waiving significant legal rights, including the right to sue Chena for negligence. I ACCEPT THIS WAIVER FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY.

I confirm that I am signing this waiver for myself only, not on behalf of any other adult guest.

Activities — Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that Chena Hot Springs Resort offers a wide range of recreational activities, including but not limited to:

• Aircraft / Helicopter Ride
• Bicycle Riding
• Canoeing / Rafting
• Cross Country Skiing
• Dog Sled Ride / Kennel Tour
• Hayride / Sleigh Ride
• Horseback Riding
• Ice Fishing
• Ice Skating
• Massage Therapy
• ATV Ride
• Hot Springs and Pool Access
• SnowCoach Ride
• Snowmachine Ride
• Snow Shoeing
• Any other activity, tour, or service offered by Chena

I acknowledge that each of these activities carries inherent risks and dangers including, without limitation: injuries from falling, slipping, crashing, icy or unstable terrain, animal behavior, equipment failure, extreme cold, and inexperience. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Equipment Rental & Damage Liability

I understand that any equipment rented or provided to me by Chena or its concessionaires remains the property of Chena. I am fully and personally financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rented or provided equipment that occurs during my use, regardless of cause. Damage or loss will be assessed at FULL RETAIL REPLACEMENT VALUE.

I specifically release Chena from liability for any injury, death, or property damage arising from activities, whether caused by inherent risks or by the NEGLIGENCE of Chena, its agents, or concessionaires.

Hot Springs — Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that the natural geothermal hot springs at Chena carry specific risks including: extreme water temperatures, uneven and slippery rock surfaces, steam and limited visibility, sudden changes in water depth, and the risk of hypothermia upon exiting in cold weather. I voluntarily assume all risks.

Pool House & Hot Springs Rules

• No Alcohol in the Hot Springs or Pool House facility
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Hot Springs
• No Smoking or Vaping in the Hot Springs or on the Pool Patio
• No Food in the Pool House Facility or Hot Springs
• No Music or amplified sound in the Hot Springs — Quiet Area
• No Climbing on the rocks surrounding the Hot Springs
• No jumping from rocks or elevated surfaces into the Hot Springs

ENFORCEMENT: Failure to comply results in immediate removal without refund. Guests who refuse to leave may be permanently banned and removed from the resort property.
